Puffs Distribution collects and remits applicable taxes solely for the state of North Dakota. For all other states, the retailer is responsible for reporting, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes.
The purchaser/retailer is responsible for ensuring that any products purchased are legal within their municipal or state laws prior to the sale of the products.
1. CUSTOMER QUALIFICATION
To purchase products from Puffs Distribution, you must be 21 years or older and operate a valid retail business. Puffs Distribution reserves the right to request documentation verifying retail business status and may cancel orders placed by non-qualified accounts.
WARNING: Products sold on this site contain nicotine, a poisonous and addictive substance. They are intended only for committed smokers of legal smoking age and not for non-smokers, children, pregnant or nursing women, or those with medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma. If you experience any side effects, stop use immediately and consult a physician.
Products sold by Puffs Distribution:
- May be poisonous if ingested
- Are not smoking cessation products
- Have not been evaluated by the FDA
- Are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Must be kept out of reach of children and pets
If someone is exposed to e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 immediately.
2. SHIPPING
Puffs Distribution makes every effort to ship orders promptly, though shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. External factors may cause delays.
- Processing time is typically 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days)
- Once shipped, Puffs Distribution assumes no responsibility for carrier delays
- Puffs Distribution is not responsible for lost items, incorrect addresses, or international fees
3. INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS
Claims for incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be made within 7 days of delivery. Glass items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number in the subject line
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
4. DROP SHIP PRODUCTS
Some products may ship directly from third-party vendors. These orders:
- May use different shipping methods than selected
- Are not subject to same-day shipping
- Require 24–48 hours processing post-payment
For issues with drop-shipped items, email support@puffsdistribution.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Images if applicable
Do not contact the manufacturer directly for drop-shipped items.
5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Misuse or poor care voids warranty.
No returns accepted for:
- Atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers
- Bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries
- Wick, wire, or any e-liquid products
All e-liquid sales are final. Clearance items are sold as-is with no returns or warranty.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless Puffs Distribution sent the wrong item. Include original packaging and all product components in returns.
6. LOYALTY REWARD COUPON CODES
- Not refundable
- If used in orders with missing/returned/deleted items, rewards points are reinstated and store credit issued for remaining value
7. SALES & UNIQUE COUPON CODES
- Sales codes: Not reinstated if items are returned or deleted; value becomes store credit
- Unique codes: Only reinstated if the entire order is canceled
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Puffs Distribution values your privacy. Your data is used solely for internal purposes, including:
- Order processing and account updates
- Promotional emails and SMS (you may unsubscribe anytime)
